![]() ![]() If ANYONE knows what could have caused this please lmk because it's driving me insane, and I will always be wondering what the issue was. As I previously stated I wiped everything python and anaconda related from my main account only to have the problem persist, but on a new user, it works no problem. Idk if this provides insight into what could be wrong. This seems like the least optimal solution by far, but it worked immediately. I managed to get it to work by creating a second admin account just for anaconda. I tried everything and anaconda seems completely broken in my main account. I am desperate to get this working, all of my assignments, research, and machine learning programs rely on anaconda and I have been working on this for several hours.ĮDIT: Thanks everyone in the community who tried to help. I feel like my computer just decided to ignore anaconda's existence. Nothing I have tried has made any change. I have tried everything, I cleared all my python installations, completely uninstalled anaconda 3 times, removed anything with anaconda, python, etc in the name through my entire system. I realized that it was broken when I tried to open anaconda visualizer several times with no response from my computer. After investigating further I realized that conda was not working at all in any context, whether command prompt, powershell, terminal window within pycharm, nor the anaconda prompt. Then when I tried to run any command containing conda I get the ModuleNotFound error. I was working in my pycharm today and suddenly realized that something was off when I opened the anaconda prompt in one of my environments, instead of the environment name or (base) when I just open anaconda prompt, it read (anaconda3).
